Schaeffler (Singapore) Pte Ltd is the regional office of Schaeffler Group operations in ASEAN. It handles the sales, marketing and distribution of Schaeffler Group products, a combined standard catalogue which contains over 40,000 INA and FAG bearing products, into countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Indo-China. The unbeaten product range includes needles, cylindrical, spherical, and taper roller bearings and housed units. A full condition monitoring and maintenance product portfolio and bearings reconditioning services is also available to support all your maintenance needs.

Schaeffler presents customized innovations for the energy-efficient automobiles of tomorrow in India
The focus of attention will be on India’s growing automotive sector at the Auto Expo Delhi, which is taking place from January 5 to 11, 2012. With the motto efficient future mobility, Schaeffler is presenting a large number of innovations for optimizing conventional drive trains with internal combustion engines in Delhi. The highlight of the Schaeffler booth is the concept model Schaeffler advanced Drive, which showcases a range of advanced detailed solutions for engines, transmissions and chassis.

Radial Insert Ball Bearings and Housing Units
The new radial insert ball bearing and housing units FAG Black Series from Schaeffler Group give easy mounting, smooth running and high reliability and thus allow particularly economical bearing arrangements. The dimensions of the FAG housings, made from flake graphite cast iron and with a primer paint coating, conform to JIS B 1559. These single piece cast housings can support moderate to high radial and axial loads. The radial insert ball bearings have basic protection against corrosion due to the Durotect® coating. The bearing units are particularly suitable for applications with moderate to high loads.

As part of the Daimler Key Supplier Meeting in Stuttgart, Daimler gave Schaeffler the "Daimler Supplier Award 2010" as the best supplier in the category "Powertrain". Schaeffler has received a further award in China in the form of the "Great Wall Motors Best Development Awards".

According to the DPMA (German Patent and Trademark Office), 1,249 patent applications were made by Schaeffler Technologies GmbH & Co. KG and 392 by Schaeffler’s product brand LuK.
